How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Navigate to Settings and then Subscription to manage your plan. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can compare plan features directly on the page.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through our payment provider. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice-based payment.

How does the free trial work?

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose a plan to continue or your account will be paused until you subscribe.

Can I view my invoice history?

Yes. Go to Settings and then Invoices to view and download all past invoices as PDF. Each invoice includes a detailed breakdown of charges including per-user fees and any prorated amounts.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription settings page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you wish to reactivate.
