This Refund Policy ("Policy") describes the terms under which Avchare ("Avchare," "we," "us," or "our") provides refunds for subscriptions to the Avchare platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with them. By subscribing to the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.
1. General Refund Principle
We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our Services. As our payments and subscriptions are managed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, all refund processes are handled to be consistent with Paddle’s standard terms and global consumer protection regulations.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (including EEA, UK, and Turkish regulations), you have the right to request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase or any subsequent renewal.
3. Merchant of Record
All payments, renewals, and refunds for Avchare services are processed through our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. You may also manage your billing and refund requests directly through Paddle.net.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or via Paddle’s portal. Cancellation prevents future billing cycles, and you will retain access until the end of your current paid period.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Beyond the 14-day window, refunds are evaluated case-by-case for issues such as verified technical errors, duplicate billing, or significant service unavailability attributable to Avchare.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@avchare.com with your account email and Paddle transaction ID. We aim to acknowledge all requests within five (5) business days.
7. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are initiated by Paddle. It typically takes between five (5) and ten (10) business days for the funds to reflect on your original payment method.
8. Fraud and Abuse
Avchare reserves the right to deny refund requests if we detect evidence of fraud, platform abuse, or repeated requests for the same service after a prior refund was granted.
