Creating and managing inspection forms
How do I create a digital form?
Navigate to Forms in the settings and use the drag-and-drop form builder. Add fields such as text, number, date, photo, signature, checkbox, and dropdown. Configure validation rules and set which forms are required for specific task types.
Can field personnel fill out forms offline?
Yes. Forms are downloaded to the mobile app when accessed. Personnel can fill them out without internet connectivity. Completed forms are queued locally and automatically uploaded when the device reconnects.
How do digital signatures work?
When a form includes a signature field, the customer or technician can sign directly on the mobile device screen. The signed form is timestamped and stored as a tamper-proof record that can be included in reports and invoices.
Can I export form data?
Yes. Form submissions can be exported individually as PDF reports or in bulk as CSV/Excel files for analysis. You can also set up automated report delivery to specific email addresses on a schedule.
How do I attach photos to a task or form?
Personnel can capture and attach photos directly from the mobile app camera. Photos are automatically timestamped and geotagged. You can require a minimum number of photos for specific form fields or task completion.
