How do I set up inventory tracking?
Navigate to the Inventory section to add your warehouses and stock items. Define each item with a name, SKU, unit, and minimum stock threshold. You can organize items into categories and associate them with specific task types.
Can personnel request parts from the field?
Yes. Technicians can browse available inventory and submit part requests directly from the mobile app. Managers receive notifications and can approve, modify, or reject requests. Approved parts are automatically deducted from stock.
How do I track inventory usage per task?
When completing a task, personnel can log which parts were used and in what quantity. This data is linked to the task record and reflected in inventory levels and usage reports automatically.
Does the system alert me for low stock?
Yes. When a stock item falls below its configured minimum threshold, the system sends automatic notifications to designated administrators. You can view all low-stock items from the Inventory dashboard.
