Where can I download the mobile app?
The Avchare mobile app is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Search for "Avchare" or use the download links provided in your welcome email after registration.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. The app is designed to work in areas with limited or no connectivity. Tasks, forms, and location data are stored locally and automatically synchronized when the device reconnects to the internet.
How do push notifications work?
The app sends push notifications for new task assignments, status updates, schedule changes, and important alerts. Users can customize their notification preferences from the app settings to control which alerts they receive.
What devices and OS versions are supported?
The app supports iOS 15 and later, and Android 10 and later. It is optimized for both phones and tablets. We recommend keeping the app updated to the latest version for the best experience and security.
