What reports are available?
Avchare provides a comprehensive reporting suite including: Task Completion Reports, Personnel Performance Metrics, SLA Compliance Reports, Customer Activity Summaries, Route and Travel Analytics, and Inventory Usage Reports. All reports can be filtered by date, team, and customer.
Can I schedule automated reports?
Yes. Navigate to the Report Scheduling section to configure daily, weekly, or monthly automated reports. Choose the report type, filters, and recipient email addresses. Reports are delivered as PDF or Excel attachments.
How does the dashboard work?
The operational dashboard provides real-time KPIs including active tasks, completion rates, SLA compliance, and team utilization. Widgets can be customized and rearranged to match your specific monitoring needs.
Can I compare performance across time periods?
Yes. Most reports include a comparison feature that lets you select two date ranges side by side. This is useful for tracking improvements, seasonal patterns, and the impact of operational changes.
