How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Our infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services with SOC 2 compliance. Regular security audits and penetration tests are conducted by third-party firms.
Do you comply with GDPR?
Yes. Avchare is fully GDPR compliant. We provide data processing agreements, support data portability and deletion requests, and maintain transparent privacy policies. Users can manage their data preferences from their account settings.
How does role-based access control work?
Administrators can define granular permissions for each role, controlling access to specific features, data views, and actions. This ensures that users only see and interact with the information relevant to their responsibilities.
Can I enable two-factor authentication?
Yes. Two-factor authentication (2FA) can be enabled from account settings. We support authenticator app-based 2FA. Administrators can enforce 2FA for all users in the organization from the security settings.
